Hawa – Paramatta

Charcoal chicken. You like el janah? I think this is better. The chicken is tender and juicy, and the garlic sauce is creamy.

The place is an open concept with a grill and you can see the dips and salads in a glass case as well. Love watching meat grilled.

Chunks of good grilled chicken. Good filling, take a good big bite out of it.

I ordered the lamb kebab platter. Comes with pita bread and we ordered an extra bowl of chips with it.

Tabouli, hummus, babaganoush, pickles and things. Garlic sauce and my lovely chunks of lamb.

Many delicious dips.

We aren’t really salad people, but this looks good. Even though I didn’t try it. It still looks quite decent. Friend enjoyed the pickled vegetables.

Such juicy tender lamb! Oh I want more of this lamb. Not too salty, not dry. Good lamb! Perfect with the garlic sauce, and if you like, wrapped up in the pita bread supplied. Make your own kebab. Awesomeness!
