San Churros – Eastgardens
Eastgardens seems to be quite the new up and coming suburb, with so many new restaurants at the Eastgardens Westfield. One of which is San Churros. A popular dessert chain with churros and chocolate.
I ordered the “chocolate bomba” a deep fried dark chocolate truffle in a créme anglaise sauce.
Cut through it, a good nice crunch.
The shell was amazing, and it was fried really well, crunchy and delicious. The chocolate is quite sweet for a dark, but the créme anglaise is the perfect mildness to compliment this.
A gorgeous tall glass of hazelnut chocolate shake was ordered. Look at the cream and the giant glass.
San Churros Chocolate Cake. Their special chocolate cake. A large large chocolate cake.
Soft moist rich chocolate cake, a fudgy caramel and smooth chocolate mousse truffle layers.
Churros time!! We ordered a churros for 2 with a dark and milk chocolate dip.
We ordered a kids churros too, just for the 100s and thousands!
Glossy chocolate. Good quality glossy smooth dark chocolate.
Very crunchy churros sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. It’s delicious on its own or with a tiny dip of chocolate. Solid crisp lines on this one.
This place is quite huge, and today, there’s lots of staff (like 7? On a Saturday?) and at 7pm, there wasn’t many people yet, and there was so many staff, so we had table service and lots of people serving us. People started flooding in around 7.30.
