The Dough Collective – Sydney

A bakery in town! I’ve only been away for 12 days and there’s so many things that happened around town and at work. Found it really tough to catch up.

But this is not tough at all! Such a convenient location, right across from events cinema, George St.

Totally agree with their slogan. Sliced bread sure is the best thing ever! Their bread comes pretty close.

Got myself bread quite a few times this week. My favourite is the brown sugar mochi.

These here’s the chocolate surprise buns, garlic bread and a cranberry chocolate with lemon yoghurt.

Attention to detail. Even their trays has their shop’s name on it.
